what are you all doing to celebrate this independence day? stephen's family is coming in town and we're going to run around the city and go to a ball game tomorrow night (america's favorite pastime, right?) and hopefully catch some fireworks. as you may know, i'm a sucker for fireworks...especially sparklers! so whether you're enjoying the boat times, pool time, family time or relaxing on the couch time, i hope you have a splendid and safe holiday weekend.

ReplyDeletewe are just staying here for the 4th. we live really close to a park that is having an old fashion 4th of july celebration...so we are going to that...then coming back home to bbq some hot dogs in our garden...me no like-ee the hot dogs...but everyone else does...Teddy will have his first hot dog on the 4th of july 2010....

I love sparklers but sadly was not with anyone who set any fireworks of any sort this year. I won't complain though, I was at a lakehouse with future in-laws and thoroughly enjoyed our boat/lake time!
